Where We Ship To

We ship to all 50 states of the United States and District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Overseas Territories and United States Military Addresses via FedEx or United States Postal Service.

Shipping Rates

All products ordered are shipped within two (2) business days. Please note that every attempt is made to ship products at a timely manner. If a certain product is not immediately available from our warehouse, your products will be back-ordered and you will be notified of such.

Any additional shipping charges are indicated with the item description as applicable. Charges for insured shipping, packing and handling will be added to your order according to the following table:


Shipping Standards

Products are shipped directly from Herbalife warehouses and follow Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. General shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the SAME day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the NEXT business day.
  • Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
  • Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
  • Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately via USPS. Backordered items cannot be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to the Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.
  • Orders SHIPPED on a Friday using FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day, will arrive Monday or Tuesday respectively (Next business day.) Orders shipped with FedEx Overnight service will arrive by 3:00pm the next business day.
  • Any claims of misdelivery from FedEx will require a MANDATORY 10 working day investigation (per FedEx) so FedEx can track and ask their delivery driver, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please allow some time for the investigation to finish before ANY further action is required. We CANNOT expedite a reshipment while an investigation is ongoing. Orders while being investigated cannot be cancelled. Please place a new order if you cannot wait until after the investigation.
  • Note: a $8.00 fee will be charged to reship a package sent to an incorrect shipping address and resulting in it being "sent back" to the warehouse.
  • If you are a HERBALIFE DISTRIBUTOR with a VALID DISTRIBUTOR ID wishing to place an order, then you should go to www.MyHerbalife.com to place your order. Even if you are a HERBALIFE DISTRIBUTOR, and you placed an order with us, that order CANNOT be cancelled.
  • We are no longer accepting orders with FEDEX NEXT BUSINESS DAY shipping where the shipping address is in a DIFFERENT STATE or OUTSIDE THE SAME VICINITY as the billing address. For FEDEX NEXT BUSINESS DAY, please ensure the shipping address and billing address are the same or within the same vicinity. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect may be fraudulent.
  • Note:
    Warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders will be shipped on the next business day, whenever possible.

    FEDEX 2ND BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING - delivers Monday - Friday

    Refund Process

    We are committed to making you happy! You can send to us all or part of your order within 30 days for a complete refund. Note that accessories, free items/gifts, IBPs and Mini-IBPs are non-refundable. No refunds for empty containers or bottles. We ask that you first write to us at support@HerbalDietShop.com to get an RMA, and we will give you instructions on how to send us the merchandise.

    We are committed to delivering effective, high-quality products and we offer customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with a recent purchase, CONTACT US and we can process your refund. It’s our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction. To get started, follow these steps:

    1. All items must have an RMA# to be accepted at our warehouse. CONTACT US to obtain the RMA#, instructions, and applicable forms.
    2. We will send you 2 forms: (1) Retail Order/Receipt Form and (1) Customer Request for Refund Form. Print out both forms.
    3. Sign ONLY the "CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE" line on each form and include both forms within your package (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon review).
    4. Send us the unused portion of the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
    5. The package should be insured and trackable. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
    6. Do not ship back to Herbalife Warehouse. This would only delay your refund. We will give you detailed instructions on where and how to ship the products.
  • All items opened and unopened, are subject to a restocking fee.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: To keep our prices low, we offer free shipping, packaging and handling for qualifying orders. To continue our low pricing and offers, the actual shipping, packaging and handling costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Any coupon credits will be void, and be deducted from refund amount.
  • Costs to you for shipping to us are non-refundable.
  • Wholesale & Distributor Kits cannot be refunded. You should contact YOUR OWN SPONSOR DIRECTLY if you have any questions with your IBP. Questions about IBP unrelated to us will not be answered.
  • If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
  • Processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging will not be refunded.
  • Do not ship back to Herbalife Warehouse. This would only delay your refund.
  • No refunds on empty containers or bottles.
  • Reshipments (items we have to ship again as replacement) are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, unless the original shipment was misdelivered (i.e. delivery exceptions).
  • No refunds on items bought from another distributor or website. They will be discarded and you will not receive any credit.
